At HSN Solutions we understand that information technology is a dynamic, daunting and sometimes difficult field. We are therefore committed to helping our clients reinvent their organisations, expand their capacity and create lasting value. We specialise in high-end information technology services in the areas of hardware /software supply and support, networks (incl. wireless), security, including CCTV, and IP telephony, with many other value add services, such as website design. We strive to conceptualise, provide and maintain complete end-to-end solutions by providing innovative vision, unparalleled knowledge and diversity to all our clients.
HSN Solutions was founded in 2002 as a consultancy firm with current owner, Alain Regnard. The company grew from his experience as an IT consultant/technician and in 2004 the retail store was opened for public trade in Boksburg, while the external consultancy thrived in surrounding areas. 4 years later, as much of closed circuitry is IT-based, the inevitable move to include CCTV as a product offering was made and 2009 saw the company expand once again with the introduction of the Dealer Sales division which has since become a formidable IT supplier on the East Rand. With more than 10 years experience in the ever changing IT industry, Alain’s vision for his customers has always been that we’ll take care of the technology, so that you can take care of business.
In a saturated IT-industry, with many suppliers making empty promises, it is HSN Solutions’ on-going mission to differentiate itself through excellent service. Additionally we strive towards minimising our customers’ downtime by recognising problems and providing the right solution every time.

With an annual turnover of less than R5 million, HSN Solutions is BEE exempt, which automatically makes the company a Level 4 Contributor.
